Asmart Invoices

Asmart Invoices helps businesses manage invoices, estimates, receipts, customers, products, payments, expenses, inventory, and reports. We collect only the information needed to provide and secure these services.

Account data may include your name, email address, business name, login status, subscription status, and app settings. Business data may include customers, vendors, products, invoices, estimates, receipts, payments, expenses, uploaded logos/images, and reporting data entered by you.

We use this data to authenticate your account, provide app functionality, maintain business records, process subscription status, secure access, provide support, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. Some service providers, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, storage, app store billing, and email delivery providers, may process data only as needed to operate the service.

You may request account deletion inside the app from Settings or by visiting the account deletion page. Some financial records may be retained when legally required for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.
